Before plants move we'll need the receiving license number, business name, and delivery address of record. If you're working alongside a licensee, we sort that out with you on the quote. Visitors to this site must be 21 or older.
We sell live cannabis nursery stock (rooted clones and teens). Live plants vary. Descriptions, lineage, THC and CBD figures, flowering times, and images are given in good faith as guidance, not as guarantees of any result. Cannabinoid figures are typical reported ranges and may differ for any given plant or harvest.
Pricing is quoted per account and is not published. A quote request is not a sale. Price, availability, format and delivery timing are set in a written quote. The account minimum is 100 cuts per month across any mix of cultivars. Standing orders are committed monthly on the terms in the quote. Payment terms are set out in each quote. We do not take card payments.
All transfers happen in person within New York State, to the buyer's delivery address of record. We do not ship across state lines. See Transfers and delivery.

You agree not to use the site or our plants for any unlawful purpose, not to transfer plants to anyone not permitted by law to receive them, and to follow all applicable state and local law.
The site's content, branding, logo and copy belong to Immaculate Conceptions Nursery and may not be reused without permission.
Plants and the site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law. Nothing here is legal, medical or cultivation advice. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the plants at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Immaculate Conceptions Nursery from claims arising out of your use of the site, your order, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms. The version posted here governs.
